Default Help with new purchase

Just purchased a Model 60 3" with the following Serial Number:

Any information with respect to this Serial Number would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris

If it does not have an adjustable rear sight, it is likely one of the John Jovino 3" square butt production from 1984. If so, a very nice find.

Thanks Alan, fixed sights model 60 no dash but the previous owner did try to polish it to a high gloss stainless. Not quite sure what to do about it as it's not such a good job.

If it was originally a satin finish, it can easily be returned using the gray ultra fine scotch brite pads.
