So where do you find these beautiful grips? Second from left in that top pic has me drooling... if you hate it PM me we'll talk:D

Nice grips! Who makes the set on your 5 inch? Those look real nice!

Ruggyh, How is the concussion with the wood? Ive been considering the tiger maple as well. Just dont want a week of thumb pain and hand numbness.

BEAUTIFUL grips! The .460 and .500 simply do not recoil enough to validate the presence of rubber grips!

Range report

First shoot 200 grain FTX factory loads out of each gun (20 rounds each)

Second shoot 250 grain FTX hand loads (20 rounds out of each gun)

Third shoot 300 grain XTP MAG hand loads (20 rounds out of each gun)

The grips on the 5" are a little to thick at the top for my hands and I eventually got a blister on inside of my thumb. Plan on modifying these grips because I think the have great potential.

The Square Maple grips fit my hands well. The middle finger rubbed on the bottom of the grip and I would want to pad the finger if I was going to shot these on regular basis.

I was surprised by the combat grips, they fit well and shoot well. They also rubbed on the bottom of the middle finger but not as much as the Square butt grips.

The Nill grips were the most comfortable and best fitting, the only down side to these are the cost. They were the best fitting- almost perfect on the revolver.

I will leave them on for show and light shooting. The grips on the 5" are going to be modified/customized over the next 2 months.

Hope you enjoyed the pictures.

Be safe
Ruggy
