325 Night Guard vs 625-3 3"???
Looking to add another 3" gun to my collection.
Who can compare the 325 Night Guard to the 625-3 3"? I understand the 325 would be lighter and I sure would like to carry it from time to time, but would the 625 be more fun to shoot?
Both seem to be pretty difficult to come by lately.

I have a 623-3 and it is fun to shoot. Very accurate as well. I carry my 625 every now and then in a holster I ordered from LoboGunLeather.
I can't speak about the 325 Night Guard since I have not handeled or shot one.

325NG vs 625-3
The 325NG barrel is actually 2-3/4" long so I wouldn't think you'd see a difference there. The one area you might have an issue with is that the NG has fixed sights. A Trijcon front nightsight & a C&S notch rear sight. Because I shoot a variety of powered rounds in mine, standard power to +P, & even Super, light to heavy weight, I put a .225" red ramp on the front & a .146" adjustable white outlined rear sight on. (I don't prefer fixed sights anyway) The rear can be swapped out with just a screwdriver. The front requires drilling/pinning the new front blade.

The NG is about the only way I would want to belt carry an N-frame with any frequency.

Yes I found myself in a similar situation with L Frame 357s three months ago. Look what happened over the last 12 weeks! It ended very badly!
Basically I have 5 J Frames that I was carrying in rotation. I decided to move up in frame size. Below are the members of my current carry rotation. The Js are just chilling in the safe these days.
586PC L-Comp
386NG
386PD
Another 386NG
686PC
65 Ladysmith

I wrote a thread comparing and contrasting them here, actually no the 586 was not in this thread, but some good stuff here.
686PC, 386NG, 386PD…The Winner Is…
Here is another thread on the 586 L Comp:
**RANGE REPORT ADDED I Did it Again! 586 L-Comp
If you have any specific questions, let me know.

I have both, the 625 3" is very pleasant to shoot, the 325 is very pleasant to carry.
