Default help identifying marks

I have a model 19-7 that has some acceptance marks on the bottom of the barrel ahead of the ejector rod . Any one able to identify them please

They are foreign proof stampings; someone will be along to name the country.

The top mark is the smokeless powder proof mark and bottom mark is from the Liege (Belgium) proof house. Are there any other marks on the frame or cylinder ? Typically, each major component receives a mark. See my thread here:

why yes it has the LIEGE mark on the back of the cyl.and on the frame ahead of the trigger guard .It also has 22312 & 162 on the grip fame under the grips on the right side and G17 & 314 on the left side under the grips
The 314 & 22311 7162 look like electric or pen or punch marks. Crane has 162 . Am i to assume that these are assembly marks?
