Default LGS & Garage Sale Double Score

I went looking for garage sales this morning, hoping to find some old S&W grips or other stuff. Maybe even a gun. At the third sale I stopped at, this is what I took home. It was fired 5 times then put away.

Then I stopped by an LGS for a visit, and look what wanted to come home to play with my 629-3. A nice 629-4. It has been a great day so far.

Congrats! What a great Sat. A pre lock 4" 629 is always a good find. I'm lucky enough to have a dash 4 myself. You gotta get it dirty now!

I think he has to find some appropriate shoes first.

He is headed downhill fast

What a great day! Congrats!
I had a pretty good day myself yesterday. I shot my department off duty
requal. course with my 629-4 using a mix of .44 special and magnum JHP's.
It can't compete with your day, but it was fun!

We went to a garage sale today and I walked away with less cash and clothes I did not need. Congrats on your finds!

Wow...guns at a yard sale...that doesn't happen here. Love them both..especially the 629-4. I'm a stainless fan alll the way.

I like the stainless guns too. Most of mine are. I normally wouldn't have been interested in a .38, but in this condition at $300 I sure was!!!

Also, the gun was not out for sale at the garage sale. I had to ask if they had guns or parts and they pulled this out of the garage.
