Never seen a source for real production for the 460 ES SKUs.
They were a standard production model guns so I would venture to say at least several thousand were produced.
SKU 150125 and SKU 150152 were the standard issues and SKU 163463 was the Survival Kit.
The only rare ES models would be the black finished guns, considered to be prototypes and/or "interest" samples.

None that I am aware of. They were standard production is appeared in the 2007 Catalog. The kits were sold prior to that as evidenced by box date codes I have found, as early as 2006 and as late as 2008.
see more is this thread.
S&W 460 ES Survival Kit help
While I did say in the previous thread I did note not a deference between SKUs 150125 and SKU 150152, there is difference in the front sight. SKU 150125 has a green hi-viz and SKU 150152 is a red ramp, same configuration as the Kit ES.

Sorry to dig up this old post, but doesn’t the 150125 also have the lanyard attachment on the grip that 150152 is missing?

All 460ES (163463, 150125, 150152) came with lanyard screw, either in place or in the box- they simply replace the grip screw.
