Hi there

Reading s&w website the 43c weights 11.5 oz EMPTY.
https://www.smith-wesson.com/product/model-43c

I'm just curious how much it weights when loaded.

I don't know how a 22lr round weights.

Watching this video
[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9iV4EGTK98[/ame]
it say it weights 11.5 oz LOADED

but it is impossible because 11.5 is the weight when the gun is empty.

Thanks

Thanks

So a 43c loaded with 8 22lr in 40 grains weight just 12,5 oz.

It's a record light gun

We made a mistake.

Reading this
All You Need to Know About Bullet Grain

i understand that grains refers just to the bullet not to the entire cartridge.

cartridge = bullet + case + powder

grains refers just to the bullet.

So again anyone know ho much a 43c loaded weights?

Thanks

About the same as two african swallows, unladen.

43c, loaded with 40 grain bullet cartridges. (Although I do have aftermarket grips which weigh less than original ones..I thimk.. and don't know where the factory ones are..)

Will have to get my 351c out and weigh it with LR and Mag. The 351c weighs 11.5 oz also. This has got me curious.

My 351c is 11.43 unloaded and 12.46 with 7 Gold Dots. That's with the stock grips.
