Smith and Wesson 586 8-3/8" Factory scope gun worth
I've looked around and can't find another one for sale to compare it to.
I have a 586 with an 8-38" barrel , factory rings with the factory groves cut in it for those rings. I read where only 1000 of them were made. any idea what the current worth would be ?

One like you are describing is selling for $1200 locally. What dash is yours?
It has the scope, rings and wood grips.

I want that one at Turners but the drive is a little too long. Feels like a bargain with that Leupold scope.

I sold a 686-3 version with rings and original Combat grips for $1100 a couple of years back. The rings are about impossible to find if they are ever lost, but you have those and that will help make a sale. Without them and the Combat grips it's not worth the $1200 that has been mentioned.

I'm still interested if you ever decide on a price. Especially now that the supply of swaged .44 bullets has dried up. And Model 16-4 prices are silly expensive any more for actual shooting purposes.
