Howdy,
At initial glance I thought German proof marks, but I don't think so after studying them a bit.

The vertical FWW in the yoke cutout is the Waffen Frankonia Würzburg (WFW a.k.a. FWW) marking.
Your revolver was imported into Germany by Frankonia.

I see a Munich shield and an Ulm Nitro, and the KF is a date code. I wonder if the FWW was an export mark?

GSK is a firearms importer located in Merrillville, IN. They must have imported this revolver back into the USA from Germany. Not sure if the FWW and KF stamps are German import or export stamps.

Is it me......?
Or is it the camera angle...?
The model number appears to be a M18, but look at the size of the cylinder chambers, they look to be a 38 special.... or ??
Possibly a very highly modified revolver.... maybe that accounts for all (or part) of the proof marks....
Or maybe it's just an optical dillusion....

From what I'm seeing in the OP's limited pictures it looks to resemble this PC 13-4 revolver.
