Default Type 6 Presentation Case

I was wondering, how many, approximately, of these were used by S&W. I have one in the original shipping carton with the label stating 1 of 200. I'm sure that was not the only order S&W received (in ~2006) but it seems to me that the earlier cases are more common. Mine was made by Pocumtuck Wood Specialties of Easthampton, MA.

The gun pictured is from a much earlier vintage. Also, the Type 6 cases appear to be of a higher quality than the earlier one, especially concerning the hardware.
