JM 327 WR Problem
I get the red dot mounted to my brand new revolver JM327WR and dry practice some that night. I go to the range, the next day. to have some fun and to get it sighted in for the ICORE match Saturday. I turn the dot on and load the revo with a fresh moon clip. I shoot the first three shots no problem. The fourth trigger pull I notice some binding and the trigger sticks to the rear. I have to physically pull the trigger forward to reset it. I shoot 3 more shots no problem. The next trigger pull and 8th shot the trigger binds again. I open the cylinder and spin it and then gently close it again. Same thing. Change moon clips, the same thing. It gets to the point that I can’t pull the trigger on the same two chambers. The gun is clean and brand new. It runs fine empty. I can put back in a used/spent cases and it runs fine. I am lost. I do not see why it is doing this. I’m in my 50’s and have competed with a 929, for 8 years. Help

I have one 929 that binds on .040" TK Moonclips. That 929 runs the standard .035" moonclips fine. If its not the moonclip, call for a return ticket.

It might be high primers if you're shooting reloads.

Only 2 chambers directly opposite of each other and I can pull the moon clip out and rotate it and the binding is still with the same 2 chambers. It doesn’t follow the moon clip change. Weird.

May be the brand of ammo. The bevel cut relief for extraction can have a variance from brand to brand. Cheaper ammo may have a variance within the same box.

It sounds like the hand is getting bound up between 2 of the ratchets and the right side of the hand window. With an empty gun, the extractor may have just enough extra play to allow the hand to retract from those ratchets.
I would take off the sideplate, remove the mainspring and hammer and cycle the trigger while watching the hand/ratchet interaction through the back of the hand window. If it is the ratchets, they can be carefully filed to fit by a qualified revolver smith. If you are not well versed in this type of fitting, don't try it yourself.

It is not the moon clips so what ammunition are you using?
All factory 9mm is not created equally.
