I wanted a kydex paddle holster for my new 627 but I can't find one. So what would be better a desantis speed scabbard or a Galco inside the pant holster with the two securing snap loops? Anyone had any experience with either or can recommend a good holster for the 4" 627 Smith 357? Thanks

I've had several Desantis holsters (the speed scabbard a couple times) as well as the Galco IWB and prefer other manufactures to them. The Desantis is well made, but I've not been happy with the ease of drawing the gun, also the belt loops have been large - one size fits all - slots, not well matched to my belts. The same is true of Galco holsters, they are "rack" holsters made to fit an assortment of belts and consequently are not all that tight and secure to the belts I wear.
I'd suggest Bladetech if you want to find a good Kydex holster, the folks there are first rate and the products are fantastic.

They have one that fits a 5" so I think that would work too bad its bout $70 with shipping.

I bet if you called them and explained that your gun was a four inch they might be able to make one for you. Maybe. It would depend if they would need to have a four inch gun to confirm. They are good people and (in the old days anyway) would even make a holster for you while you waited, if it was something they didn't have a model for (assuming you brought your gun with you).

The pro is suppose to come with moon clips but mine came with moon clips for a six shooter they are suppose to be sending me some 8 shot ones but they havn't made it to me yet.

I've owned holsters from both makers. Both should be quality rigs. The only real difference would be the design, and I'd be concerned about trying to stuff an N-frame into an IWB rig. You may need a bunch of new pants.

I always buy my pants one size larger (36 for a 34" waist). I can wear them comfortably without a gun, with an N frame IWB, and with anything in between.
