Browning 92 sight adjustment
Recently purchased a Browning 92 carbine in 44 Mag. It has a foldable rear buckhorn sight and a gold bead front. Replicas of Winchester 92s. There is an adjustment screw in the rear sight and I need to move the rear sight up as it shoots 4" low at 25 yds.
Anyone have a formula for how much the sight needs to move to adjust to same POA/POI at 100 yds? I use a 250grain LWFNGC and a full dose of 2400 and a standard primer. COAL is 1.590".
Appreciate your input.

I'd be willing to bet a small amount that a quarter-turn of that elevation screw is pretty close to 1 MOA, or 1/4" @ 25yds.

I suggest zeroing at 25 yards, then shooting at 100. 4” low at 25 yards should be about .080” height change to the rear sight. I don’t know what the graduations are on your stepped elevator, but one or two notches should do it.
