Smile Model 12 Refinishing

Hi:
Has anyone had a Model 12 refinished ?
Usually a Model 12 for sale is blued and scratched "Big Time".
Is it possible to have a Model 12 is such condition to be refinished to "Brushed Nickel/Chrome" ??
Thanks,
Jimmy
