does anyone know the lubricating points on the m&p 9 shield? the photo doesnt help much in the manual. i know theres 7 lubricating points on my pistol. thank you john.

Are you talking about points 1,2,4,5?
Those are the frame rails, whenever I lube frame rails I make sure to lube all 3 possible contact points (top, bottom, and side). A drop of lube from the side will hit all 3 points as it runs down.
General rule of thumb, if you see any area with wear, lube it.
