Fiber Optic Replacement Tubes-Rods

Where would a fella go to get replacement FO tubes-rods?
Don't need anything yet but they are known to fall out.
My S&W22 Victory is in for repairs so's I am unable to get a measurement of the diameter.

I would think Brownells, Midway - or better yet the original sight manufacturer or the Gun manufacturer if they originally came on the gun.

Fiber-optic tubes are breakable, so keeping spares is definitely a good idea. But if the fiber optic rods are installed so they have absolutely no movement, then they generally last quite a long time. If the rods break too soon, it is often because the rod was able to move a tiny little bit during recoil.

You can use heat to melt the ends of the rod and get it solidly locked in place. There are a bunch of videos on youtube which show different versions of this procedure.

Fiber Optic Lighting
These are the ones I use in my fiber optic front and rear sights for S&W Revos. Mine are 1mm = .040 inch.
