What is on the side of the tire is the maximum it will take, not the optimum for your car. As you can fit the same tire to many different cars the proper pressure will vary. Believe the factory, at least for a starting point.

What other pressure is to be found on the sidewall? Max is all there is.

I seem to recall that a standard S&W screw will not fit Sile. I think that as those are made in Italy the screw is metric.

Is the main spring flat or does it have a ridge? As I recall the factory spring is flat and the Wolff springs are ridged.

There are some small battery powered alarms that when tipped over sound off, they are designed for hotel doors and such. One or two of those going off just might encourage the bad guys to leave quickly.

The ones I bought were so-so for fit, not great but useable. For not much more you can get Altamonts; if you have a problem they are a phone call away and they are made in the US.

I solved a similar problem with a "super soaker" water gun filled with a 50/50 vinegar and water mix. They really don't like it but it does not harm them.

Do you use any stain on the grips? I have some that are really ugly and I'd like to change the color a bit. I was thinking a coat of stain or two and then tung oil. Will this work? Thanks.
