I am bidding on a used pair of j frame target grips to see how they work out for me. If not, I may be selling my Model 34 round frame and get a square frame instead. I will keep you all posted on my little research project.

There’s another Safariland Model 29 lined holster for a Ruger like the one I got above which will fit a K frame 4” on eBay now. There was also another for a 6.5” N Frame but it’s gone now.

New Model 29 Safariland Holster This thread got me inspired so I searched on eBay and found a new in bag Model 29 lined holster for a 4” Ruger Security Six. I ordered it and my Model 19 fits in it perfectly. I’m a happy camper at $45.

Bianchi Cyclone I just bought an off the shelf brand new Bianchi Cyclone for my Model 24 from Brownells or Midway. Functionally and economically it does everything I want or need from it. But it’s not cool like those of the other posters here which I envy.

On the Hanks Belts, I’m looking at the Old World Harness 16 oz versus the Premier Double Layer 18 oz stitched 1.5” belt which are at a $40 difference. Is the 16 oz good enough for carrying an N frame 4” on the hip owb?

By the way I found and bought a lovely 19-3 with deep blue gloss finish and standard trigger and hammer that was custom tuned on GI and then sold my matte finished one with target trigger and hammer here. So it all worked out for me. Thanks for all of your input. Jeff
