That's good to know! I guess if there was an issue, it wouldn't be too hard to install a steel/aluminum insert of some kind. I have a NDZ coming as well as a Tacticool22 charging handle. Can't wait!

Has anyone had an issue with using the aluminum charge handle latches causing premature wear on the plastic nub on the upper receiver? I like the looks of the aluminum ones but worry about wearing that little nub off after awhile. Just curious before I order the NDZ version. Thanks

I have the Magpul ACS-L on mine and couldn't be happier! It has the extra lever that clamps the stock tightly to the buffer tube and a super nice cheek piece. Less than $100.00!

I have the Mag317-BLK on my MOE and it fits perfectly. Sounds like you have the wrong pad. Maybe one for a CTR ?
