I have been getting it for most of the day.

I have a pre-17 and an 18-3 and the only .22lr ammo that goes in and comes out easily is Federal anything. I have tried Remington, CCI, Winchester and anything else that I could purchase during the .22lr drought and Federal is it for my revolvers.

I saw two of them this weekend at the gunshow, both .44 specials with 6-1/2" barrels. One was a target model and one was a non-target model. The fellow that had them liked them a lot.

According to my research, and I could be wrong, you have a .44 Hand Ejector, 3rd Model made in approximately 1929. Hope this helps.

I have banana grips on my 38 and pre36 and love them. I left the grips that came on my 642 on to carry.

I owned a .22 a long time ago and finally had to get rid of it. The trigger pull was horrendous and if you wanted to eject the empties, you had to shoot only low pressure rounds. The machining was terrible.
