I found the front sight cut to be the same on my 4586 and my M&P9 - the front sight height is the same as well. It was a cheap and effective FO front sight option for my 4586.

Dale, My experience with Tightgroup and lead is mucho smoke and a very hot gun. Although the price is right and accuracy is excellent in 38 spl loads, I switched to Clays - less smoke and just as cheap. About 2 inches with the load I had on hand when I first shot the gun, but I'm betting it is capable of better with a tuned load.
