    Rail Covers?

    I went with the Magpul XTM rail covers (black)...3 pkgs at $7.99 each at Sportsman Warehouse here in Las Vegas. It was enough to cover the left and right sides.

    The legislation protects hunting and sporting firearms:  The bill excludes 2,258 legitimate hunting and sporting rifles and shotguns by specific make and model. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the AR platform a sporting rifle?

    Grouping the 15-22 at 50 yards

    I took mine out to the range today. I have a red dot reflex sight on it, and with the Las Vegas sun today, I could barely see the dot. I can't wait for my NcStar Mark III scope to come in next week.

    BUY IT! You will love it. I have put about 750 rounds through it over the past two Saturdays and have used CCI Mini Mags, Winchester Super-X Hollow Points and Aguila . I had a crap load of FTFs and FTEs the first Saturday, but that was due to my ignorance of not cleaning it before taking it...

    Latest Serial numbers on 15-22

    I picked mine up from the BX at Nellis AFB last Sunday. S/N was "DUA" and the magazine had the red follower, also, the spring on bolt assembly was blue. Went there today to pick up some ammo and they are now carrying magazines for the M&P 15-22...so I had to get an extra!
