    I picked up a pair of N frame round butt grips off of a performance center 629. They are in great shape and have a natural look to them. I guess my question is, are these any more or less desirable than a set of regular N frame round butt? I like the look of high gloss finish on other grips...

    As boxes go, full boxes are always the best. These all look to have a little collector value. As you predicted, the Peters boxes have more value than the Remington. Like everything else, I think the market is down from what it once was. As for value, I would say as much as $20 for the Peters...

    I don't know how good it is, but Cabelas has some .45 called MFS for $14.99 a box online and $5 shipping. There are mixed reviews, but it might be worth a gamble at that price.
