Had a Smith 3913 NL come in to the LGS where I work. I've never seen one before, are they "rare"? I bought my wife a 3913LS a few years ago, be kinda cool to have a matched pair ;-)

Yes, I do! One of our distributors had a bunch of 3" 65's a while back. I asked the store manager to order me one, but he spaced it... Life goes on.

I believe it's an M&P, anyway. 4-screw, 2" barrel K-frame, round butt. pinned barrel, not recessed cylinder. No model # stamped inside frame. Serial # on butt is C4257xx. Half-moon front sight. Bluing is very good, color-case hardening on hammer and trigger are excellent. Magna stocks...
