Check out YouTube videos on a gun cleaning product called Ballistol. It has been used for about 100 years and not only is it great for cleaning the crud out of guns, it is also a lubricant.
H Richard, that is a fine looking Lobo holster you have. Did you get any extras on it such as leather lining or boning detail ( which it looks like it has ). Does the holster hold the gun securely? Do you own any of Lobo's gun belts? How do they hold up over time? Thanks!

Your 2" model 63 is a much higher quality gun than the 317. A 2" model 63 sold on GunBroker within the last 2 or 3 months for $900. IMO your 63 is a keeper.:)

It's my first post on the forum though I've been reading here for a few months. I'm also interested in the new 3" bbl Model 63 which has an 8 round cylinder. Would one expect the trigger pull from this new model to be stiffer or smoother as compared with the older S&W .22lr six...
