    The only time I have had ammo problems such as you describe is with Russian Silver Bear Makarov 120 gr. HP. It was a squib in a factory box and I failed to notice it. The 120 gr. had OAL issues as well that were eventually addressed by the manufacturer by reducing bullet size to 94 gr.

    If you haven't already, remove the mainspring, the rebound slide, pull the hand out of the slot and wiggle the trigger out. Perhaps that will relieve enough tension to get it unbound.

    Per the Kuhnhausen book; if the action is completely bound, lower the cylinder stop and place a card between the cylinder and stop to keep it disengaged. Now rotate the cylinder to rethread the ejector rod.
