Someone is in for a disappointment - I hope it is not one of our forum brethren. Same Bully Barrel listed on g'Broker and on e-bay, started and ended at the same time. To give the seller some credit he did state in both listings that the barrel was also listed on the other site. I imagine the barrel will go the highest bidder between the two sites which means the G'broker buyer is in for some disappointing news but I rather doubt the buyer will receive good feedback on his first listing there.

Holy cow! Is that unethical or what?

His multiple ads were brought to his attention over on rimfirecentral, where he is a member,so he then added that fact to his ads.
Disclaimer about being offered elsewhere,in a shop,..blah.blah,blah.
Not the way to do it,in my book....One ad should have been immediately killed after the first bid,if insisted on concurrently running ads.
Seven pointless bids on GB.
....Strange thing is that the guy doesn't think that he did anything wrong.Hopefully,he gets a negative on GB.

That guy was a complete amateur and wrong in what he did. They won't have any respect for him over there at all.

And both are considered binding contracts. I have no idea how this will play out but I suspect the ebay buyer will get the barrel, the GB buyer will be disappointed and will / should leave negative feedback and GB will probably do nothing or will suspend the seller which, since it is a new seller with no feedback, won't bother them one bit.

I agree it's not the right way to handle it and I refrained from bidding on it because of this.

Maybe the GB buyer is the same as the ebay buyer, he might bust the seller's chops that way.

Hate to butt in and show my ignorance, but what is a "Bully" bbl?
Serialized at that...

Still looking for a PC Model 41

If anyone knows a dealer that has a NIB Performance Center Model 41 I would really appreciate getting their contact info. Very hard to find. Many thx- [email protected]

IT WILL BE VERY INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THIS SCENARIO PLAYS OUT. I DOUBT THAT GB WILL TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER. I FOOLISLY SHIPPED A GUN TO A BUYER W/O GETTING THE SHIPPING FEE UP FRONT FROM THE BUYER. I AGREED TO GETTING PAID FOR THE SHIPPING UPON HIS RECEIPT OF THE UPS RECEIPT. I MAILED HIM THE SLIP, AND HE NEVER PAID ME. I NOTIFIED GB, AND POSTED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, BUT NO SANCTIONS WERE IMPOSED ON HIM. I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE A GB VENDOR, WITH JUST ONE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO MY NAME. REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING ON GB, SO HE'S OFF TO A VERY BAD START…....

Still no negative feedback on GB and nothing on the other site. Assuming the barrel went to the ebay buyer and not someone else altogether, it looks like the GB buyer may have accepted the shenanigans and let the buyer off the hook.

I see the buyer finally left feedback. Gave the seller an F and states the seller never responded to his e-mails and he was not able to purchase. No Class seller list it in multiple auctions with same end times then won't even bother to explain to the GB Buyer why he can't have it.
