    I've loaded thousands upon thousands of 148 HBWCs made by either Precision Delta or Zero. Some were loaded with Bullseye but the vast majority were loaded with 3.0 of 231. I can't tell any difference in accuracy and the 231 burns much cleaner. I'm on email alerts for these at Precision Delta...
