Nothing like a Ruger Single-Action, I've a few in most of the popular calibers. Know what you mean just bought a S&W 4006 and am in to my 6th day of a 10 day wait for pick-up.

My first handgun that I bought while I was in the Air Force was a Ruger Single-Six while stationed in Hawaii. Two cylinders and had a micro adjustable sight install on it. Still have it but lost the magnum cylinder some place some how.

Just got mine this Sat, M&P 9mm, got the M&P on the 3rd of Dec. and sent for the two mags on the same day, George.
