Yes the S&W marking is right back from the trigger. It is hard to see in the pic tho.

Very true, but nothing looks to have been filed off or anything either. That's what is weird.

There is no numbers there at all.

I'll try to get some pics up soon. And no there is no V on the butt of the gun. The numbers on the butt do look wierd in relation to size compared to other similiar guns that I looked at. I don't know if that means anything or not.

That is the problem. There is no number on the bottom of the barrel and it doesn't look like its been filed off either.

Those are the only numbers on the gun besides what is on the butt.

When you eject the cylinder is has 80060 on the inside frame and on the base of the ejector rod once it is opened.

I almost forgot, the patent dates are Feb. 6. 06, Sept 14.09, and Dec 29.14.
