What do I have here? It has a stainless slide and a satin alloy frame but the model number stamped on the frame says 457 -- not 457s. Were there some early ones made like that? Thanks!

I remember picking up drink bottles and selling them for ammo money -- on a good day 22LR for the old Remington -- on a normal day, a small pack of BBs for the Daisy...

I sold off the 40s and 9s -- added 32mags to 22s,38/357s and 45s. Thats about as simple as I can get...

Not exactly the same but I really love my 432!!!! (Closest J frame cousin to my 16-4!) Life is good!

The 432PD is a good one-- no recoil + an extra "Bang!"

I think you will like the 32 H&R, lock or no lock! I picked up a 432PD to go with my model 16-4 and that led to a Ruger single six Bisley in 32 that led to another single six Birdshead... All these have led me to start reloading to keep them fed.

I picked up a 432 a week or so ago (as a companion for my 16-4) but haven't got to shoot it yet. I really like the 32 H&R and bet the 327 mag is a blast! (no pun intended)

I have a 411 I'm quite fond of -- I used it to qualify for my CCP way back when.

My wife is a crack shot with my 16-4 but her "go to" is now a 642 with CT laser. She handles it really well.

What a deal! A friend came to my house in 1992 with a model 16-4 (6 in brl) and a 32 Bodyguard? (snub nose) both new in box -- He said I had to buy one of them as he could not go home with both. He had run across a gun shop going out of business and paid $150 each. I gave him his $150 back...
