Since the 4040 pd uses the same frame as the 3913LS.is it possible to install a 3913 recoil spring, barrel and magazine and have it work? Or is the diameter of the barrels different so I must use another slide also.

I have a 4040PD. Its a great gun BTW. Anyway, a friend and I were talking the other day, and we were wondering if with the change of the barrel and mainspring, I could convert to a 3913? Thanks in advance.

Stopped in at the local shop the other day and came across a used S&W 4040PD. As I understand it, its the same frame as the 3913 but in S&W 40 cal. Its also an airweight frame. Has a fair sized scratch by the takedown lever. It comes with the box and two mags. I would use this as a concealed...

You may have the wrong "flavor" of windows 7. I believe it is the Windows 7 Home Premium that has the windows Xp that will allow you to play these older games.
