More than 1 person wanted it. This is the 2nd box that went for a crazy price. In general these are rare but are they $1000+ rare????

Without the box and sleeve $15 to $25. With around $35 to $50!

I just found out its a prototype from Aurum never produced. Sam at Aurum was very kind to give me the lowdown.

Bought this knife last week and it arrived yesterday. It is one I have never seen before and I'm not sure what it was commemorating or how many were produced. It is Aurum etched for sure but that's about all I know. Ever seen one?

So the nickel is rare but the floating J was common in 1971-72? I told him I could not find reference to that serial # in my books. How can you decipher a serial # like this?

I would say your collection seen here is worth in the $450 $500 range. Hope this helps

I cant make it to Boise unfortunately. It took awhile to make the display. My wife and family helped me out so much. There was also alot of other wonderful displays there.

Here is my knife display from this weekend at the OGCA. Had alot of fun and met alot of great people. Hope all those that saw it enjoyed it.
