Mine all seem to be K frames. Several are 19s, a couple 10s. Most of them are K frames.

I just cleaned it up a bit and took the trigger shoe off. The hammer and trigger are polished, not plated. I think I'll letter it, it's the only 5 screw I have. If it comes back as something worthwhile, I'll get the trigger and hammer redone.

I read the FAQs, it says to hone, but the manual says to replace the trigger, hence the question. I don't plan on doing anything....I'll send it in for service.

Would you suggest fixing it by honing or replacing the trigger?

Right side gap spaced at .004, left at .0015. Measured with the cylinder pulled back is .011 and .009, respectively. So, around .007+/- endshake.

How can I tell if it is spitting? What are the signs? I measured it the other day, it wan't too bad, but I don't remember. It is, however, double that of my 2 other 19s and 3 times that of my model 10 and 340pd. I'll measure again tonight.
