It was stainless about the size of a 3913.

I was at my lgs this morning and he had taken in a very nice 3rd. generation 9mm and it is stamped as a model 5994 and I had to look at four times to make I was reading it correctly. I have never seen that model number before and I can find no reference to a 5994 anywhere on the web. Does anyone...

I have a very nice S&W 457 with 2 mags,box and papers $475. and a very nice S&W 4013 SS,two mags + 50 rounds JHP and 142 rounds FMJ ammo for $525. Might trade either or both depending on the gun for a hi end compact/officers 1911 (colt springfield ect.) FTF in Central Kentucky only at this time.

Totally agree with you on this one, I just received my third one this week and if I carry iwb it will be with a remora holster.:D

PM sent and sorry but I think I miss typed your smith a 629 instead of a 625 in the PM.

Just lay your gun down on it's side remove the screw and add a drop of loc tite to the threads, screw it back in, let it sit over night and you should be good to go.:D

Hammerdown, this must be our lucky day I also found a nice 4" 686-1 and brought it home today. Pictures later.:D:D

$250 is a great price and at a pawn shop you should be able to get it cheaper. My Local gun shop has one right now for $389.

Remora I carry my 3913 in a Remora clipless holster.:D:D

Dave, the calf strap will make a world of difference because it takes some of the weight off of the ankle. On another note (" I've been fighting off a total knee replacement for years now") quit putting off the surgery, I have had both knees replaced and my only regret is not doing it sooner...

For IWB carry take a look at the remora holsters, no clips, no belt loops and the gun and holster can be carried in any position. I carried a 3913 all day yesterday and had no problems at all.

Yes, they are and they make the 669 and the 469 feel much better, IMHO.
