I just popped the safety out of mine today...literally took 2 minutes.

I just purchased the Blade Tech Revolution holster today for mine. Adjustable cant, belt loop & paddle. $30 at Cabelas today. Also bought the Hi Viz green front sight for it. Cabelas let me confirm fit before I bought...a little over hang at the bottom but not much at all.

Thanks. Is it possible to just remove the safety & not worry about the plugs? My 2.0 is not my carry gun, its a range/target gun so for right now I am not worried about gunk getting in there. If the safety holes being open does not affect the gun at all, then that is the route I will take for...

Have they made plugs to remove the safety on the 2.0 yet?? Did you call S&W to get them? I ask because I called the other day & they told me they were not available for the 2.0 because it was so new.

Picked up my new 5" 2.0 today. Do the experts on the M&P here know if the HI Viz sights that fit the full size original M&P...will those also fit on the new 2.0? TIA!

Ken-thanks for the pic. That gives me a good close up look of the rubber covering the backstrap. I know the CT site has the installation instructions posted there, did you find them hard to install?
