I don't have a Jframe, but my 3" SP101 is much more comfy with the Hogue Tamer boot grip. I bet it'd hurt a bit with some of those beautiful Badger grips.

Resurrecting an older thread here. Would you mind sharing your favorite "super" loads? I am tempted to get into super in either the 1911 or Glock platform rather than pursue 357 Magnum. I like my ccw gun to always double as a potential "game getter" as I am a country boy out in the sticks...

Well pooey. I've got a Springfield 1911 (45) that I was going to convert to 45 Super. Now I am wanting to trade for a Mountain Gun or Redhawk in 44 Mag. If you decide against 10mm let me know. BTW I think the might TEN is a great caliber. Thanks & good luck....

Yes, I checked the packaging. It fits both the 9c and 40c.
