I have one sn 577063, that I think I bought in 1968 with those grips, all original. It was 1967 or 1968.

I have a nice mod 60 bought in late 1970s, sn R2233xx, paid $180 for it new. I still have box etc and put a set of small rubber grips on it and stored the originals. I would post picture, but never learned how. Can anyone tell me when shipped, I think 1977-79?

Nice, at a gun shop in Knoxville, Tn, they asked me 1,250 for one mfg in 1955, was nice but a little over priced in my opinion..

The one that I am looking at has much better finish than this one, very deep blue, just a little holster wear on end of barrel.

I passed on this one today, would have liked it for a much lesser price.

Also has box, but in this case may not be worth a lot. I described as best I could and didnt sugercoat anything. Two screws have had a screwdriver in them, not bad but has disfigured the screw some.

I found a nice k 22 1955 mfg date hanin gun shop today, blue very good, correct handles, 5 screw model, little wear on end of barrell, on screw boogered up lightly, small scratch, best I can do is 1250 out the door. Is this a good price or not, they are holding it for me until tomorrow. thanks

I have one that I bought couple years ago that has a abj prefix sn, cant find out when mfg. I think in the early 80s, it is square butt, one owner, nice. The one that you have there is a jewel.

Might have been, we were riding 4 wheelers on the Oneida and Western Railroad bed when we met a man and woman, both riding mules, and talked to them for a while. I used to ride the rr bed a lot. Probably somewhere near White creek.

I had forgotten, havent been in BSF in a few years, love that place. Have fun, saw the largest and prettiest mule that I have ever seen up there several years back.

Where do you ride mules in Tennessee? In Big South Fork it was illegal to carry arms, if there better hide it.
