How do you keep/store your S&Ws

The ONLY gun of mine that ever rusted was stored in a foam lined plastic case. Gun rugs in the safe. Long guns get socks in the safe.

    just got back

I just got back from the range to wring out my M&P 9mm compact. Wow. I am impressed. I'm pretty old school and have been a 1911 guy for many years. I never thought I would own a 9mm or a black plastic gun, but I love this gun. Absolute reliability and great suprizing accuracy for such a gun. I...

    6" N frames & Magnas

I carry my 6" mod. 57 more often than you would think. It's not exactly your normal conceled carry gun but hides nicely under an oversized shirt with the tail out. I'm sure i would like it better with magnas but have not yet yet found any.

    presentation case liner

I have a presentation case that came with my model 25 from about 1980. The interior of the case has deteriorated over time. It appears to be a thin foam over molded plastic. The molded plastic underneath is fine but the blue foam coating has rotted. Any suggestions about restoration?

    Grip question on model 29 - 2

magna +tyler RG, I don't know why I never consisered that idea of a magna grip with a tyler. The targets on my N frames are just a little too big and the magnas are not quite big enough. Just like goldielocks said. I'm going to give your idea a try. I had considered shaving the targets stocks...

    When red ramp?

OK, I have "the book" and have been enjoying it very much but I have not been able to determine when the red ramp sight first came along. I assume different dates for different models.
