Hello,
I am looking to buy a 629 in 3" only, ideally with box and papers, 629, -1, -2 with an unfluted cylinder either in SS or blued. Full underlug. Serious buyer.
Thanks!
You from Milwaukee tomcatt? I grew up there...
Winner winners!
We have 4 months left before that option is off the table so looking to get my have to haves now. :/
Thank you all very much for your input on the newer models.
Hello,
I am thinking of acquiring a 3" talo edition 686 and was wondering if the sear removal is similar as some older N frames. I've converted a 625-4 and a 610-2 but not sure about a current day 686. Anyone know?
Thanks!
Christian
Buy it!
That's way under what I paid for my unfired 625-4 3". Beautiful firearm. Ill never sell it and number one on my had to have list.
They're selling for 1200 on GB in that condition I believe.
I was watching that same auction looking to add a 3" 9mm to my collection. Can't believe how much it went for.
The seller is a good man though. I hope he is happy with that price!
Yea I know, which is why I am even more surprised at the price. I have mostly prelock and have a tough time with patience sometimes. Although I did wait for 2 years to find my 625-4 3" NIB.
Thanks for the heads up.
That price is nuts. It seems people pay a premium for polished SS over the original finish as well. Not sure why. Maybe they look better? but it takes away from the originality no? I can get the same revolver new on GB even for a couple hundred less.
