Just got off the phone with S & W. The abriviations are: BR = The initials of the guy who received it NO M = no magazine Other than that it's a blank page The rep looked it up and told me they updated the springs, and tuned the ejector.

What exactly did you adjust on the sight. I also shoot right handed and am left eye dominant. New shooter, and am looking for ways to improve.

Yeah, when I got home from the range the first time, I did a lot dry firing aiming at the outlets and switches. I could see as I pulled the trigger the front sight moving to the right. Didn't see this at the range! Gripped it tight, and saw a LOT less movement. Worked for me.

I shoot left handed, am left eye dominant. I haven't been bothered by the shells, but I use a vertical grip which also has bi-pod function. When I get mine back from S&W, I think I'm going to try the Vortex 1x red dot scope.
