I just sent mine in for a cracked frame. CSR told me if frame is cracked i would need an FFL to send it back to me because it would have a new serial number. I asked about the FFL charge. He told me to save receipt and I would get reimbursed for it.

Well Fed-x just picked up the gun. Ill update this post once I find out something new from S&W. Now the waiting begins... :rolleyes:
