    I have recently acquired a Model 12-2 Airweight. The serial # is 2D728XX. As near as I can tell, it was made between 1962 and 1976...potentially 1968. Can anyone help me determine the exact year of manufacture? Thanks in advance

    I bought an M&P 40 about a year and a half ago and absolutely love it. it has not had one single issue in over 800 rounds fired of all types of ammunition. I also bought an M&P 15 about a year ago and love it as well. I have put close to 1,000 rounds through it and again, not one single issue...
