    FS/FT M&P 9mm Full Size NS

I have an M&P 9mm full-size with night sights, made in 2014 with less than 200 rounds through it. Gun is well cared for and in immaculate condition, comes with 4 17 round magazines, and original box with all of the original included items. I am the original owner of this gun. I would really...

Picking up my MP 9c tomorrow

Not sure about ankle.. I have a friend who developed some back issues from ankle carrying a baby glock, so I never tried. I bought a kydex MIN from evnash on these forums. It's an OWB holster but it really pulls the gun tight into my body. Tight enough that it's very, VERY close to IWB carry...

Picking up my MP 9c tomorrow

    1. Eh, if you want to.. I like black. 2. I like my factory night sites, did you consider them? 3. The new reset is a notable improvement on the old. With that said, do you honestly ever base your follow-up shots on that click? I too played into all that hype for a long time, but then really...

Thinking of selling my Dillon SDB and getting a turret press.

You'd be much better off to go to a 550b.. It gives the flexibility of acting like a single stage if you want that but cranking out rounds like a progressive when you want that. I went from a lee turret to my 550 and couldn't imagine going back to a turret at this point..

    Shield 9mm for CCW class?

I'd recommend buying another 200 rounds and heading to the range beforehand just to start gaining familiarization with it and pistols in general. To answer your question, though, I think you should shoot your shield for the test.

    new M&P for $350.?

Last I knew, the discount and rebate didn't stack, but I could be wrong.

    Why P-Mags

Because they have an absolute capacity of 31 rounds and a functional capacity of 30 rounds. :)

    CCW 40c or Shield

This mirrors my opinion. Both guns have their niche, with the nod going to the shield for IWB carry comfort but the nod going to the 40c for overall versatility. If you can only get 1, I guess I'd go with the 40c. It absolutely can be carried deeply concealed in an IWB holster, but you also...

    Cheapest price

Don't forget to add in the cost of the FFL fee from whatever shop you ship it to.. Shop around a bit, some are insane.. One shop local to me charges $75..

    9c trigger question

Here's the sad fact about M&P pistols. You can grab 4 pistols that were all manufactured within a month of each other and find different triggers on each. You could also find 4 identical triggers. People who insist that there aren't some M&P's with gritty triggers out of the box are just...

A tale of two Defenders - Shield V Kahr

Maybe they improved the design somehow, but I was speaking from personal experience..

S&W shield 9mm torture test with one piece guide rod.

Thanks for the explanation. Personally I've never upgraded a guide rod in any of my weapons, but I've (fortunately) yet to have any issues as you've described.. If I have those issues in the future, I'll know where to look first.. Thanks :)

A tale of two Defenders - Shield V Kahr

The magazine is such a buzz kill when it comes to kahr pistols. I love the way they feel, I love the way they shoot, I _LOVE_ that smooth trigger pull, but the craptastic magazines who's sole mission in life is to dump loose rounds of ammo into my pocket/mag pouch are just such a freaking bummer.

40 s&w - which guns can handle it?

Retrospective studies of the terminal ballistics against human targets would disagree with your statement that the .40 surpasses the 9mm by a large margin.

S&W shield 9mm torture test with one piece guide rod.

Were you having issues with your guide rod/main spring?

    Bad fron sight

Honestly it should only be done once. Zero yourself in at your desired range, then leave it alone.

What can I do to the MP Sport?

I must be the only person on the planet who's ever used my forward assist. Not saying it's mandatory, I'm just saying it's not worthless.
