    tactical pen?

I don't know if it's been discussed before here but a search didn't return any results. Someone at work has absconded with my Parker Jotter, so I'm in the market for a new pen. Thinking of a tactical pen. Any suggestions for or recommendations against?

Southern IL, here. Seems to be starting slowly right now, but starting.

    Stitch-dex holsters?

I found them in a facebook group and their stuff is beautiful and reasonably priced (like the S&S Leatherworks stuff I posted earlier). Anyone have experience with their products? Home

    Anyone use S&S leatherworks gear

I found them from a facebook group and their stuff is beautiful and reasonably priced, but I can't find a mention of them on the forum. Anyone here use them?

Back from the range with my new BG380

How did you remove the laser? I bought the model with the laser because it was all that was available at the time. I need to get it sighted in, but don't think I'll ever use it.

    Ruger 9mm 1911

You're absolutely right. I have 65 nickels to offer to take it off your hands.

    Concealment Express holster

I saw this recommended by someone in another thread, but it's the only mention of it I can find here. Does anyone have it and recommend it? The price is great, but it seems a little too great.

Back from the range with my new BG380

Looks good to me. I wasn't overly impressed with mine the first time I shot it, but I went to the range again and gave it another chance (2nd firing) and I think I won't mind it at all. Knowing what to expect with trigger break and all, I can get a better understanding of when to re-adjust my...

    Ruger 9mm 1911

I just bought a shield9 on Saturday and you guys aren't helping my pocketbook at all. How much blood would I have to sell to get one of these?

    Ruger 9mm 1911

I certainly plan on it. Just have to work the funds first. It's a few more pennies than the shield 9.

    Ruger 9mm 1911

I see why. After one range trip, I can see why this is the benchmark for any gun made after it.

    Ruger 9mm 1911

Took the wife to the range with a friend of ours. We picked up our shield 9s today (review coming soon but amazing weapon) and he brought most of his guns. Had a lot of fun shooting them all, but his Ruger 9mm 1911 blew me away. Every part of it felt like an extension of my arm. I cannot...

    New paint job

I can't speak for Mr. Torres, but my CCL instructor made a good argument for them. If there is ever a struggle and you feel you're going to lose your weapon, you can eject the magazine and throw it so you don't get shot with your own gun.

    Bodyguard Question

I looked for one for my bodyguard and couldn't find one. I did find, however, it's easier if I work it quite a while to loosen it up. Also, it's meant to be moved with the inside heel of your thumb, by the first joint. I was using the tip of my thumb and it made it VERY difficult. Very...

Couldn't miss deal on Shield 9

Picking them up tomorrow heading straight to the range after. I can't wait. Got 400 rounds for the wife and me to put through them and 100 rds to put through our bodyguards. I love range day. I even love cleaning time after range day.

    My Two Carry Options

The wife and I have bodyguard .380s and we're picking up our shield 9s tomorrow (we both have our own of each). Once my CCL is approved, I'll be carrying one of each of these, or maybe both with an ankle holster.

Pet Peeve: Locker Room and Cell Phone Rant

I have almost the opposite at my gym. The main problem there is the older gentlemen taking their things out of a locker, spreading them all out on a bench, walk naked to the shower, walk back naked, and have a naked conversation with their friend for 5 minutes with all of their things still...

Couldn't miss deal on Shield 9

Thanks everyone. I understand the waiting period, but it does put a damper on things. Already scheduled range day with a friend after I pick up. The bodyguard is a great weapon, but the shield feels like it was made for my little kid hands. That, and 9mm ammo is so much cheaper than .380 for...

Couldn't miss deal on Shield 9

I have a bodyguard .380 that seems to be a good carry weapon. I've heard nothing bad about the shield 9, including my concealed carry instructors, who were carrying it that day. I called the gun counter at my BX and asked if they got them back in stock (holidays cleared them out). They did and...

    bodyguard magazine extension

Thanks for the reply. I looked at a few with good reviews, but some questionable reviews that made me question it. I was hoping for a recommendation from someone that has one. I was looking at this one on Amazon. Amazon.com : 2 Pack Smith & Wesson Bodyguard And M&P Bodyguard 380 1.25" Extra...
