Smith & Wesson Model 15-3, Serial #3K1XX. Judging by the lack of a cylinder line, the backing plate, and the forcing cone area, this one looks unfired. Unfortunately, it was a victim of bad storage. There is a minor amount of wear to the blueing at the muzzle and a couple of very small places on the cylinder. It looks like it was stored in a holster for a long time. There is no rust or pitting. Overall, it is very good and would make a nice addition to any collection. $400 Face to face here in SC or $425 shipped from my FFL to your FFL.
