15/22 optics what kind?

Like TC said. On the other hand what do you want to do with it? Close shooting=red dot or reflex. Distance = scope.

I've got a primary arms M3 aimpoint clone that works great and looks even better. Cowitnesses perfectly with my magpul flip up sights and I'd imagine it would cowitness perfectly with the standard sights as well.

For distance I've got a scope I picked up from walmart.

Walmart.com: CenterPoint 4-16x40mm Scope: Optics

works great for what I need it to do. Both maintain zero fairly well even after switching them out.

Leupold 2.5X - 8X, Weaver rings, and NcStar Riser with quick release Weaver Mount. Had to shim the back ring to get it on the target because this scope does not have a very large adjustment range.

I have a Barska 3-9x42 Compact scope on mine, got it for 79.99 shipped on ebay, looks great, works great aswell, highly recommended.

I run a FAKEOG which is a replica ACOG (without trademarks) that is a 1x Red Dot and I just ordered an NcStar 3-9x42mm Tactical Mill Dot with DDAB Red Dot on top of the scope, It has not come in yet, I hope I get a winner and not a dud!

Isn't this like the 50th thread on what scope to use on a 15-22? This isn't rocket science. Just get a scope and use it. If you don't want to spend much, go to wal mart and buy something cheap. If you wanna spend a couple hundred bucks, get a Millet 1-4x 30mm scope and get a one piece Burris mount. If you wanna go crazy with it, get an Eotech or an Acog.

I like $30 Tasco's and $1200 Acogs, But i hear everything in between works well also.

As noted, a wide range of optics will work.

Real M68 COO (AKA Aimpoint) on top.
Clone on the bottom.

The bullets don't know the difference.

I"m having good luck with a Primary Arms M3 with a 3X magnifier. About $230.00 for both, less shipping. They will co-witness with Magpul and stock sights.

Thanks for the great link. :D

I might be able to afford the one from RRA. If I sell something. Gotta pay to play. ;)

Welcome. I started clicking on some links within the site and it goes way beyond just one-piece mounts. Risers... rings... you name it. I've never seen such detailed analysis regarding flattop accessories.

Cool link. By the way.... I'm trying to find a rear MBUS (black) at a reasonable price. Does your buddy have any?

Okay I have to wonder what the difference is between the AirSoft MBUS and the real steel MBUS. From what I understand the airsoft version was basicaly made for the Systema PTS M4 (Personal Training Weapon) and it's no joke, that's a thousand dollar airsoft rifle. So what is lower quality about these? I think they are even officially licensed by MAGPUL.

pretty sure phil just ordered a set so i guess we will find out,,, id almost bet money they are out of the same molds
