Default snaggle tooth

My gun hates CCI mini mag hp 1240 fps 36 grain. this ammo seems to have quite a bit of wax on it. I ran 300 hundred rounds thru the rifle yesterday and everytime i had 1 snag per mag.

Federal bulk as usaul ran flawless.. The ammo just doesnt seem to shoot as consistant nor does it sound/feel like it.

I also ran stingers and velociters thru it with no issues tho. Those didnt seem to be waxy like the mini mags tho. the gun really likes the hotter stingers, shots were better grouped with those.

maybe go back next time and give some subsonic and a few other ammo a try

How are you loading your mags?

Try this: YouTube - S&W M&P 15-22 Magazine Loading without the load assist

doesnt matter how i load it with or with out the assist button.

I made sure they were staggered and spanked the mags.. ran 300 minimags every mag had a snag. i think its just the wax on that ammo. i ran other ammo same day 0 issues.

Hold on there! Is Spank the Mag a new euphemism like (Edit for Rule#1)?? Am I really supposed to tell my 13y son, "Now son, in order for your rifle to shoot properly you need to Spank your Mags."
