Use a zip tie.

I have run my 15-22 through 2 full day carbine classes, and some serious solo training without fail, and it functions the same as my Magpul A.S.A.P on my AR.

those kind of mounts wont fit the 15-22 we dont have an adjustable tube on the back

Single point slings should come with a jockstrap and cup... Try to move with one and you'll know why.

I made a single point attachment from some $2 nylon strap with clips from sporting goods and 4 Jean Buttons from the crafts department of my local Wally World, along with an old key ring I had to clip on a Winchester sling. I also made my own sling out of another $2 pack of nylon strap with clips. I was concerned that most of the single point slings I saw for sale had elastic and would bounce all over the place until the elastic finally wore out and busted.

I don't do competitions, I don't do combat, and I don't run around much. I just wanted something to hold my rifle to me while I reload the magazines. My only regret is paying $20 for the Winchester sling. My homemade sling and attachment cost about $6.
