Magpul MBUS PTS sights good on a 15-22 ?
Well the title says it all. Do you think the PTS airsoft version of the Magpul sights would do well on the M&P 15-22 ? Any thoughts or opinions are welcomed. Love the weapon, just not trying to sink in a lot of money. I have a Primary Arms Micro Red Dot on it at the moment, a Magpul AFG2 forgrip and a black sling.

They're probably fine, but a lot of the PTS stuff is almost as expensive as the regular Magpul stuff.

Just ran across this post think it will help and it surprised me big time!
heads up, i just compared my "real" mbus with the pts version and i have got to say that there is virtually no visual difference or difference in the operation. the springs used on the real ones look cleaner, but other than that i couldn't tell the difference. the mounting screw heads are slightly different, but size and thread are the same. one thing though, is the front sight on mine uses a roll pin to keep the front sight post in place. the pts version uses a hex screw, which is an improvement. the pts also comes with a sight adjustment tool, which the real one didn't. just thought you guys would like to know.

re:
It really does not give much info about the company or website. It is from the UK I believe, I was about to use Paypal and the e-mail address I would be paying to is from the UK. And I suspect the shipping will cost being overseas. I'll stick with a USA site. Unless you guys have any experience ordering from this website ?

I ordered mine from UTG tactical on 1/18 and they arrived today. Although it doesn't say on the website, they are definitely the PTS version. I'm pleased with them for the $22 price shipped. Mine did not come with the sight adjustment tool or the allen wrenches. Just the two sights in the box.

The package shipped from Shenzhen, China. I got the 01HE black set, and the front sight has the hex screw lock.

That is the sad truth they do sometimes make the replicas better sometimes with better features too they are very smart prob have a sweat shop putting them together as we speak.
